Plan a match time

How players add a date, time and place for a match from their organiser's score-entry link, so everyone can see what's coming up.

If your club is on Plus, the score-entry link also lets you say when you plan to play. Everyone using the link sees the same list, so it's easy to avoid booking over someone else.

You don't need an account.

Plan a time

  1. Open your organiser's score-entry link, or scan the QR code.
  2. Pick your name to see your matches.
  3. Select Plan a time next to the match.
  4. Choose the date and time. Add where you're playing if you like, such as Court 3.
  5. Select Save time.

The match now shows its planned time, and it joins the Coming up list at the top of the page.

If someone else is playing then

When you choose a time, you'll see any other matches planned within an hour of it on the same day. You can still save your time: it's a reminder, not a block. Check with your club if you need the same court.

You'll also be told if you or your opponent already have another match planned around then.

Change or remove a time

Select Change time next to the match. Save a new time, or select Remove time.

Either player can change the time, so agree it with your opponent first.

Where planned times appear

  • On the score-entry link, in the Coming up list and next to each match.
  • On the season's public page, next to matches still to play. Junior leagues that hide children's names don't show planned times there.

Once a score is entered for the match, the planned time is no longer shown.

If you can't see Plan a time

Planning times is part of Plus. If your club isn't on Plus, the link only takes scores.
