Admins and invites

Club admins are the organisers who can manage your club's leagues, seasons, players and scores. Whoever creates the club is its first admin.

A club can have up to 5 admins, including invites that haven't been accepted yet.

Invite an admin

1. Open Club in the dashboard.
2. Under Admins, select Invite admin.
3. Enter their email address and select Send invite.

They get an email inviting them to join your club. Once they accept, they appear under Admins. Until then, the invite is listed under Admin invites.

The person you invite can't already have a Match Point Leagues account, even with another club.

Admins and players are different

Inviting an admin gives someone access to your dashboard. Players never need an account. You add them as records, and they only ever submit scores through a score link.

Remove an admin or cancel an invite

Removing an admin or cancelling a pending invite isn't available yet. Pending invites still count towards your 5 admins, so only invite people you're sure about.
