Add players

Players are records you create for your club. They don't need an account, and nothing is ever sent to them.

Add a new player

You add players while creating a league or a season. Enter a first name and last name. An email address is optional. It is never shown publicly.

Once added, a player appears in your club's player list and can be picked for any other league.

Add a player to a running season

On a singles season page, select Add a player and tap the players you want. They start on zero points and get a match against everyone already in the season. Existing results are kept.

You can add players to a season that is upcoming or active, but not to one that is complete. In a doubles season, teams are fixed, so add new players when you start the next season.

Edit a player

Open the player from Players and use the player settings to change their name or email.

Remove a player

On the league's members page, choose Remove from league. Matches they already played are kept, so their opponents keep those results. Their unplayed matches in the current season are cancelled, and they aren't added to future seasons.

If someone asks to be removed entirely, use Erase this player in the player settings. Their name and email are replaced with "Former player" everywhere and their public profile stops existing. Their results stay, so the seasons they played in still add up.
